3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 Processing Insurance Inquiries
To process and respond to your insurance comparison requests, provide relevant plan recommendations, and facilitate the referral process to our Insurance Partners.
3.2 Affiliate Referral and Tracking
When you click on an insurance plan to proceed to an Insurance Partner's website, we generate a unique referral tracking identifier (referred to as a "Sub ID" or tracking parameter) that is appended to the redirect URL. This Sub ID may incorporate anonymised elements derived from your submitted information (such as initials and partial contact details) to enable commission tracking and attribution. The Sub ID does not constitute or expose your full personal data.
3.3 Communications
To send you service-related notifications, promotional communications, newsletters, and updates about insurance products that may interest you. Promotional communications are sent only with your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting us at care@secure365.in.
3.4 Service Improvement
To analyse usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, conduct research and analytics, improve Platform functionality, and develop new features and services.
3.5 Legal and Regulatory Compliance
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Secure365, our users, and the public.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
4.1 Insurance Partner Companies
When you choose to proceed with an insurance plan, you are redirected to the respective Insurance Partner's website. During this redirection, a Sub ID (tracking parameter) is appended to the URL to enable affiliate commission tracking. The Insurance Partner may independently collect your personal information on their own platform, subject to their own privacy policy.
4.2 Sub ID Tracking Parameter Disclosure
The Sub ID parameter transmitted to Insurance Partners is a unique alphanumeric identifier generated for referral attribution purposes. It may contain anonymised or partial information derived from the data you provided on our Platform. This identifier is used solely for the purpose of tracking referrals and calculating commissions, and does not constitute a transfer of your full personal data to third parties.
4.3 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, conducting our business, or providing services to you (such as hosting providers, analytics services, and email delivery platforms), subject to confidentiality obligations.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

All data transmitted between your browser and our Platform is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, ensuring that your information remains confidential during transit.

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encrypted databases, firewalls, and regular security audits, to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information.
